Easy business idea Makes me $1,800 per client per month for less than 1 hour of work Copy it:

I'm a sales manager with a large corporate but I also love making content I wanted something I could do that satisfied my creative side whilst I created my sales coaching offer This is exactly what I do...

1/ Find a company to target on LinkedIn

The sweet spot in my opinion is - B2B (I chose engineering) as they tend to be bad at marketing - 51-200 people (small but growing business) - Some LinkedIn posts on their profile but not many

2/ Do your research

Have they got a poor LinkedIn profile? - Do they have a marketing manager? - Do they get much engagement? - What are his/her posts like? - Do they post much? If not then...

3/ Sort your own profile out first

Not sure how to then follow my LinkedIn Masterclass

4/ Approach them in a DM

If its a small business the likelihood the CEO/Owner will respond is pretty high Send them a DM using my DM Masterclass

5/ The exact DM

OK I'll make it even easier for you, send this Subject line: Question.. Hi (first name) do you guys have someone to manage your social media presence on LinkedIn?

Short DM is the way If they respond with a yes "OK great well I create engaging content to help you grow an audience the right way to attract your ideal client. If that sounds good it'd be great to jump on a quick call. You free (exact time and date)

If you get a positive response then jump on a call and walk through this process... Your offer is to post 4 x posts per month on a mid-week morning tailored to their industry 4 posts a month for $750 Paid monthly via Stripe (set up an account)

6/ Outline the companies customer avatar

If it's not obvious, once you have the sale set up a call with the client to outline their ideal customer For an easy outline just google “customer avatar questionnaire”

7/ Outsource or complete the work yourself

If you are a whizz at graphic design then get to work. There are some fantastic free templates in Canva If not then outsource....

8/ HOW TO Outsource

Go to http://fiverr.com and type in "content creator Linkedin" Find someone with decent reviews (4 stars +) Outline the work you want them to do and send them the company website and any supporting information that would help them do good work

9/ Check the quality with the client

Get the work back from Fiverr and run it by your client to ensure they are happy with it

10/ Schedule & post

Ask them if they are comfortable posting themselves on their own Linkedin otherwise ask for the login details for the owner of the company profile page You can set up schedules for them in Hypefury

11/ Automate the process

Get comfortable with handling one client then outreach again with the social proof of the first client et voila you've just started a social media agency!!
