I found a photo of my whiteboard from Nov 2020.

It was from a time when I was

- alone

- traumatised

- struggling to sleep more than 3 hours at night.

My mental health was in a really bad place ๐Ÿ‘‡

I wrote these sentences on my whiteboard and said them to myself every day when I woke up.

I hope they help you as much as they helped me.
